- Lower Sector is a modular kit I built for fun in Unreal 5. I started with greybox assets and just kept building it up until I was happy with a small section of the city. Originally I started with a more dark setting, but decided to take a turn to make it more bright and colorful. The modular kit is CC0 copyright, free to download and you can use for whatever you like. Feel free to remix, build upon, make it better, or use in your project.
